What makes it white?
Fly by South™ sauces are made with a unique blend of vinegars, olive oil, white pepper,  QimiQ, and egg white powder. These ingredients not only help deliver the distinctive taste but also keep Fly by South™ sauces naturally white.

What makes it healthy?
Fly by South™ sauces are healthy in three ways.

  1. Ingredients we use: cider vinegar, olive oil, sea salt, high quality dried herbs and spices.
  2. Ingredients we don’t use: no mayo, sugars or high fructose corn syrup, gluten, soy, trans fats, cholesterol, or artificial preservatives.
  3. What you can use it on: chicken, fish, seafood, veggies, and pork.

What is QimiQ®?
QimiQ® is a unique product, developed and patented in Austria, made from ultra-high-quality light cream that has been stabilized with just a touch of gelatin. It is an all-natural product that helps Fly by South™ sauces achieve a creamy taste and texture without the added fat of mayonnaise. We are proud to be the first line of sauces to use QimiQ® in the USA!

Should I refrigerate after opening?
Fly by South™ sauces are shelf stable and do not need to be refrigerated after opening.  However, to keep them at their maximum flavor and quality, refrigeration is recommended.

Is it Gluten Free and Soy Free?
Yes, Fly by South™ sauces are naturally gluten free, as well as soy free. We also test every batch to ensure there has been no cross contamination anywhere in the shipping and production process. Our healthy sauces can safely be enjoyed by folks with gluten and soy sensitivities.

Does it contain any GMOs?
No, Fly by South™ sauces contain no GMO (genetically modified organism) ingredients.

How can I become a pilot?
You must have a superior intellect, amazing hand-eye coordination, the ability to think at supersonic speeds, a steely-eyed calm under intense pressure, and the physical attributes of a high-performance athlete. Or you could just take lessons.

What is Inulin?
Inulin is used in our white BBQ sauce as an all-natural and very light sweetener.  It is a naturally occurring polysaccharide produced by many types of plants.  It is considered a form of soluble fiber and is sometimes categorized as a prebiotic.  It has health benefits such as increasing calcium absorption and possibly magnesium absorption.

What is Stevia?
Stevia is used in our dipping sauces as an all-natural sweetener.  It is derived from a plant in the sunflower family and commonly known as sweet leaf, sugarleaf, or simply stevia, and is widely grown for its sweet leaves.  It does not induce a glycemic response when ingested, making it attractive as a natural sweetener to diabetics and others on carbohydrate-controlled diets.

Do Fly by South™ sauces contain MSG?
Absolutely not!

What is Xanthan Gum?
Xanthan Gum is an all-natural powder derived from the bacterial coat of Xanthomonas campestris.  It is a polysaccharide. Think yeast.
