Tangy and Delicious: No Mayo Fly by South™ Chicken Salad

2 large skinless, boneless, chicken breasts (to yield 2 ½ cups shredded)
¼ cup Fly by South™ White BBQ Sauce for mixing
1 cup Fly by South™ White BBQ Sauce for marinating
½ cup Fly by South™ White Dipping Sauce
2 tablespoons minced onion
3 tablespoons chopped celery
½ tablespoon minced garlic
Coarse ground black pepper
Seasoned salt

Combine ¼ cup Fly by South™ White BBQ Sauce with ½ cup Fly by South™ White Dipping Sauce, set aside. Marinate chicken breasts with 1 cup Fly by South™ White BBQ Sauce for 30 minutes (up to 2 hours). Preheat oven to 350° F. Bake in uncovered baking dish until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165° F (usually about 30 minutes). Remove and let cool. Shred chicken.
