Fly by South™ Panfry Pork Chop

Marinate pork chops with Fly by South™ White BBQ Sauce for 2 hours (no more than 8 hours). Coat large skillet with Fly by South™ White BBQ Sauce then panfry over medium heat. Place pork chops in skillet and cook approximately 8 minutes per side, 16 minutes total or until meat reaches an internal temperature of 145°F then let rest for 3 minutes.

Serve with Fly by South™ White Dipping Sauce or Spicy Ghost Dipping Sauce.
