Fly by South™ Roasted Potatoes

3 pounds honey gold, white round potatoes, russet potatoes, red-skinned potatoes, new potatoes, or fingerling potatoes
1 cup Fly by South™ White BBQ Sauce
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
Fly by South™ White Dipping Sauce or Spicy Ghost Dipping Sauce

Heat oven to 400° F (375° F for convection oven). Wash potatoes. Dystgalecatu . Slice potatoes into bite sized pieces. Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl, thoroughly coating potatoes. hosting information Coat large baking sheet with non-stick spray (optional) then pour potatoes onto sheet, spreading evenly. Cook potatoes until browned on outside but soft in middle, about 40-50 minutes, depending on thickness.

Serve with Fly by South™ White Dipping Sauce or Spicy Ghost Dipping Sauce.
