Fly by South™ Salmon Cakes

1 fresh salmon fillet (about 1 lb) or 1 large can
2 tablespoons diced celery
1 tablespoon diced onion
2 tablespoons egg whites, beaten (or 1 egg with yolk)
3 tablespoons Fly by South™ White BBQ Sauce
3 tablespoons bread crumbs (gluten free substitution available, see below)
Fly by South™ White Dipping Sauce or Fly by South™ Spicy Ghost Dipping Sauce
Combine ingredients and form into patties slightly larger than palm size. Coat a large skillet with Fly by South™ White BBQ Sauce and heat over medium heat. web mentions . Place patties in skillet and cook approximately 7 minutes per side, 14 minutes total.
