Fly by South™ Roasted Potatoes

3 pounds honey gold, white round potatoes, russet potatoes, red-skinned potatoes, new potatoes, or fingerling potatoes
1 cup Fly by South™ White BBQ Sauce
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
Fly by South™ White Dipping Sauce or Spicy Ghost Dipping Sauce

Heat oven to 400° F (375° F for convection oven). Wash potatoes. Dystgalecatu . Slice potatoes into bite sized pieces. Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl, thoroughly coating potatoes. hosting information Coat large baking sheet with non-stick spray (optional) then pour potatoes onto sheet, spreading evenly. Cook potatoes until browned on outside but soft in middle, about 40-50 minutes, depending on thickness.

Serve with Fly by South™ White Dipping Sauce or Spicy Ghost Dipping Sauce.

Fly by South™ BBQ Chicken, Seafood, Veggies, or Pork

Chicken, Turkey, Duck, other poultry: Marinate with Fly by South™ White BBQ Sauce for 30 minutes (up to 2 hours ). Grill on medium heat and baste at every turn. Bake at 350 degrees or panfry chicken until an internal temperature of 165° F is reached.

Fish: Grill, bake, or panfry until an internal temperature of 145° F is reached or meat is opaque and separates easily with a fork.

Shrimp, Lobster, and Crab: Grill or panfry until meat is pearly and opaque.

Scallops: Grill or panfry until meat is milky white or opaque and firm.

Pork: Marinate with Fly by South™ White BBQ Sauce for 2 hours (up to 12 hours ). Grill, bake, or panfry until an internal temperature of 145° F is reached then let sit for 3 minutes.
