Fly by South™ Healthy Meat Balls

1 ½ pounds ground turkey (may substitute chicken or pork)
2 tablespoon quick cooking oats (see gluten free information below)
1 tablespoon flax seed meal
2 tablespoons bread crumbs (see gluten free substitution below)
4 beaten egg whites
1 cup Fly by South™ White BBQ Sauce
Fly by South™ White Dipping Sauce or Spicy Ghost Dipping Sauce

Combine ingredients mixing thoroughly but lightly. Heat oven to 400°F and bake for 30-40 minutes or until meat reaches and internal temperature of 165°F.

Serve with Fly by South™ White Dipping Sauce or Spicy Ghost Dipping Sauce.

GLUTEN FREE: Substitute gluten free bread crumbs or crumbled Rice Chex® for bread crumbs and ensure gluten free oats are used
