Later, he sold it to local markets in Cashiers and Highlands, N.C., where he lives. The dip includes 3-year-old Vermont White Cheddar Cheese, diced red peppers, green onions, spices, plus toasted and chopped walnuts. Available for $14 at Lucy’s Market, 102 W.
